Our Returns Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Casualwear items that have been worn or washed
- Kids clothing without original packaging
- Any items marked as final sale
Important: Due to the vintage nature of some collections (particularly our British & Irish Lions and European ranges), certain limited-edition items may be exempt from returns. These will be clearly marked at checkout.
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Package Securely: Include all original tags and packaging (especially for International and Championship items)
- Ship Back: Send to our Perth address using a tracked service (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using:
- UK Customers: Royal Mail Signed For
- International: DHL or FedEx (similar to our outbound shipping)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Deductions: May exclude original shipping fees (except for faulty items)
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on rugby shirts or football polos:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Clearly state desired replacement item/size
- We’ll ship the new item once return is received (additional shipping may apply)
