Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error in your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
